No assembly required! All of our miniatures come fully assembled, painted, and ready to display right out of the box. You don't need to worry about glue, scissors, or complicated manuals.

We do our best to ensure every miniature is securely packed. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please contact us with photos within 7 days, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened miniatures, subject to approval via photo/video review. Custom and sale items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed guidelines.

All orders are shipped internationally. Most in-stock miniatures arrive in the US within 2 weeks. For out-of-stock or custom orders, handcrafting and delivery typically take 3–4 weeks.
