7. Custom and Bespoke Orders Policy

We offer custom creation services for specialized miniatures. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following specific terms:

  • Non-Refundability: All custom orders are tailored exclusively to your specifications. Consequently, once production has commenced or a deposit has been paid, custom orders are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for change of mind.

  • Design Approval & Variations: We will provide progress updates or final digital/photographic proofs for your approval before final completion. Your approval of these proofs constitutes final acceptance. As these are hand-painted and bespoke items, slight artistic variations from conceptual sketches are to be expected and accepted.

  • Production Lead Times: Estimated production and delivery times provided for custom orders are approximations only. While we strive to meet deadlines, handcrafting high-end miniatures requires time, and we are not liable for delayed timelines due to the complexity of the artistic process.

8. High-Value Handcrafted Products & Shipping Compliance

Due to the high-value, intricate, and fragile nature of our scale miniatures, all products are meticulously inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

  • Signature Requirement & Inspection: For your protection, all high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before signing for the delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, risk of loss or theft transfers entirely to the buyer. We are not liable for packages stolen after verified delivery or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Minor Fragility Disclaimer: By purchasing, you acknowledge that micro-miniatures possess delicate components. Although we pack with extreme care, minor detachments or shifts of microscopic parts during international transit may occasionally occur and do not constitute a product defect.
